Glad to get back to Sharm after a long wait and then comes the virus! Such a shame but we will be back. We have been to many hotels in Sharm and this is the best yet. We find the hotels all claim to be 5. but it is the service and cleanliness that makes the difference. Could not fault the staff at this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and served with a smile.

The staff seem genuinely happy, especially our lunch waiter who gave us Egyptian lessons every day, brilliant! Everything was spotlessly clean and the gardens beautiful. First time in Egypt with no upset tummy. We had a sea view room in block 15. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Cleaner kept it perfect. Shower was hot and powerful but could do with a bit of attention around shower head and doors.

Food was brilliant, almost too much choice. Speciality restaurants need to be booked asap but were excellent, my favourite was Flavours. We booked diving but had to cancel incase flight was brought forward due to virus.

We chatted to a diver and he said it was best dive and instructer he ever had. We will be back soon for our dive. Snorkelling was amazing as usual but be careful on steps as a lot of people cut their toe very bad when getting out. Entertainment was great. Very professional team, some great dancers. Egyptian night was fantastic!

Andy the rep was great. Instead of joining the queue for check in he took us straight to the bar, which was wonderful after the long journey and we checked in with no trouble 20 mins later. He helped us with the Magic App and kept us updated when we were worrying about our flights home due to lock down in UK. No sign of virus in Sharm and we even got some pasta to bring home! Thank you to all the staff and hotel who made our holiday great even though they were worrying about the own safety and getting home to their families. Firstly I need to say.
