So, I did not know where to go, I tried google, contacting steam support, lurking at dota 2 forums etc but could not find a solution, so here I am.I played Dota 2 for 2600ish hours then I deleted the game for personal reasons. After a while, I decided to play again (It was when Dota+ came out I guess) but after re-installing, I could not pass logo screen.

I tried verifiying files, re-installing, installing on a different disk, trying with OpenGL and Vulkan Support (I have no idea what those are), trying no intro options, safe mode, changing resolutions and etc. Whatever I did. I still can't launch the game. It always gets stuck at logo screen and then does not respond. I hope someone can help me with some other solution, that I could not find.

Fear the night hacking enforcer. Thank you in advance.^UPDATE: So, after reinstalling Steam, Dota and stuff. I noticed that if I launch the game directly from the folder not steam it does not freeze. So I used -autoconfig and started the game from the 64bit folder via dota.exe. Let it stay running about 45 minutes and voila.

I passed the logo screen. Now it works as usual. Though i did not try playing but it launched the game very fast second time so I'm hopeful. Thank you everyone for helping me from inbox or comments. I hope this will be helpful for other players aswell.^.
